Code of Conduct

The short version

• Be respectful. Every session is between real people.
• Show up on time and follow through on what you booked.
• Be honest — about who you are, your rank, and your reviews.
• Keep it on RequestGG: chat, coordinate, and pay through the platform.
• No harassment, hate, cheating, or scams. Ever.
• If something goes wrong, tell us: support@requestgg.com.

Treat each other well

Fans and creators are both real people spending real time together. Bring good energy.

Do: be friendly, be patient, communicate clearly, and give people the benefit of the doubt.

Don’t: harass, threaten, bully, or demean anyone; use slurs or hateful language; make sexual comments or advances; or share someone’s private information. This applies in chat, in voice, and in-game.

Show up and follow through

Creators: join your sessions on time and deliver what you listed. When a booking is confirmed, send your fan the lobby info and/or in-game ID they need to play with you, and host MVP voice calls in your own channel in the official RequestGG Discord server.

Fans: be ready at your booked time — set up your game, share the right Epic ID, and (for MVP sessions) link and join Discord. If you can’t make it, that’s okay, but a session you no-show yourself isn’t refundable.

If a creator doesn’t show up to a confirmed session, you can report it within 48 hours and we’ll review it for a full refund. Don’t abuse this — false reports are a conduct violation.

Be who you say you are

Trust is everything here, so honesty isn’t optional — especially for creators.

• Don’t impersonate anyone, or claim to be a pro, streamer, or public figure who isn’t you.
• Don’t use someone else’s name, gamertag, photos, videos, or channels.
• Don’t fake your rank, stats, achievements, team, or follower counts.
• Only link social accounts you actually own and control.
• One person, one creator account — no shared or duplicate accounts.

We check the profiles and social links submitted with each creator application, and we may ask for extra proof at any time. If you think a profile is impersonating you or someone else, tell us right away at support@requestgg.com.

Play fair

Have fun and be competitive, but keep it clean.

• Follow the rules of the game you’re playing (like Rocket League) and of Discord.
• No cheating, hacking, exploiting, or account-sharing where it’s against the game’s rules.
• No fraud, chargeback abuse, or trying to game bookings, payouts, or reviews.
• Leave honest reviews. Don’t buy, trade, threaten, or fake them — and creators can’t review themselves.

Keep it on RequestGG

Book, chat, and pay through the platform. It keeps everyone protected and gives us a record if there’s ever a dispute.

Don’t ask a fan or creator to pay or move the session off-platform to dodge fees, and don’t use the platform to harvest contacts or pitch unrelated services. Payments happen through our checkout — never send money directly to someone you met here.

Messaging and moderators

Each booking has its own chat so you can sort out the details. Keep it there — it’s the record we rely on if something goes wrong.

If you and the other person hit a problem you can’t solve, either of you can request a RequestGG moderator right in the chat. A moderator can read the conversation and jump in to help. Because of that, messages in a booking thread aren’t private from RequestGG.

Keep it safe

Sessions should be something anyone would feel comfortable being part of.

• Keep voice and chat appropriate.
• Never ask for or share personal information you don’t need for the session.
• If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision to use RequestGG.

What happens if you break the rules

Depending on what happened, we may warn you, remove content, cancel a session, suspend or permanently remove your account, and — for creators — hold or reverse payouts, and reject or revoke Creator status. Serious violations skip straight to removal. The full details live in the Terms of Service and Creator Agreement.

• In an active booking: request a moderator from the chat.
• Anytime: email support@requestgg.com — tell us who, what, and when, and we’ll look into it.
