Terms of Service
Effective 07/01/2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and RequestGG LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“RequestGG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the RequestGG website, the services offered through it, and any related content, features, and applications (collectively, the “Platform”).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By creating an account, booking a session, listing sessions for sale, clicking “sign up,” or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, each incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.
SECTION 17 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE REVIEW IT CAREFULLY.
1. Definitions
- “Creator” means a User — such as a video game professional, content creator, or streamer — who has been approved by RequestGG to list and sell interactive video game sessions through the Platform.
- “Fan” means a User who books, purchases, or attends sessions offered by a Creator.
- “Session” means an interactive video game session booked through the Platform, which may take place in-game and/or in a RequestGG or Creator Discord voice channel.
- “Package” means a Creator’s offering for a Session, defined by a number of games (e.g., 1, 3, or 5) and a tier (including standard and “MVP” Packages).
- “MVP Session” means a premium Package in which the Fan joins the Creator in a voice call that takes place in the Creator’s designated voice channel within the official RequestGG Discord server, and which requires the Fan to have a linked Discord account.
- “Content” means any text, messages, reviews, ratings, images, profile information, or other materials submitted, posted, or transmitted on or through the Platform.
- “Stripe” means Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates, our third-party payments processor, including Stripe Connect used to pay Creators.
2. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or that a parent or legal guardian who has such capacity has agreed to these Terms on your behalf and supervises your use. A parent or legal guardian who permits a Minor to use the Platform agrees to these Terms on the Minor’s behalf and is responsible for the Minor’s activity on the Platform, including any bookings and payments.
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent; if we learn we have done so, we will delete it. Creating and selling Sessions as a Creator, and receiving payouts, additionally requires you to be at least 18 years old (see Section 5).
You may not use the Platform if you are barred from doing so under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction, or if you have previously been suspended or removed from the Platform.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access most features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. By default, new accounts are registered as Fan accounts. Creator status is granted only through our application and approval process (see Section 5).
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@requestgg.com of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
You are responsible for any in-game identifiers (such as your Epic Games ID), Discord username, or other information you provide so that Sessions can be coordinated and delivered.
Identity and accurate information. You must be the person you represent yourself to be. You may not impersonate any individual or entity, use another person’s name, likeness, gamertag, or content without the right to do so, or misrepresent your identity, affiliations, or credentials. Creator listings are additionally subject to the identity and accuracy requirements of the Creator Agreement. We may suspend or remove any account we believe engages in impersonation or identity misrepresentation, and may report it to the affected person, the relevant platform, or law enforcement where appropriate. If you believe someone is impersonating you or another person on the Platform, contact us at support@requestgg.com.
4. The Platform; How It Works
RequestGG operates an online marketplace that connects Fans with Creators — video game professionals, content creators, and streamers — for paid, interactive video game Sessions. RequestGG provides the technology that enables Creators to list Packages and availability, and enables Fans to discover Creators, book Sessions, pay, message the other party, and leave reviews.
RequestGG is a venue and intermediary only. Creators are independent third parties and not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of RequestGG. We do not provide the Sessions ourselves, do not control Creators, and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any Session, the conduct of any User, or that a Session will meet your expectations.
Sessions are delivered through third-party platforms, including the supported game(s) (such as Rocket League) and Discord. You are responsible for maintaining the accounts, hardware, software, and internet connection necessary to participate.
4.1 Session Delivery and MVP Voice Channels
MVP Sessions are conducted by voice within the official RequestGG Discord server. Each Creator is assigned their own designated voice channel within that server, and all MVP Session voice calls must take place in the applicable Creator’s designated voice channel. Fans must have a linked Discord account to participate in an MVP Session. RequestGG is not responsible for the availability of Discord or for any conduct that occurs within voice channels, which remains subject to these Terms and to Discord’s own terms.
4.2 Lobby Information and Coordination
When a booking is confirmed, it is the Creator’s responsibility to communicate to the Fan, through the Platform’s messaging, the lobby information and/or in-game identifiers (such as Epic ID names) necessary for the Fan and Creator to join and play together in the same lobby or match. Fans are responsible for providing accurate in-game identifiers and for joining at the scheduled time. Coordination should take place through the Platform so that, if a dispute arises, a record is available.
5. Creator Terms
5.1 Application and Approval
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to apply to be, or to act as, a Creator. To become a Creator, you must submit an application and be approved by RequestGG in our sole discretion. We may approve, decline, suspend, or revoke Creator status at any time. Approval does not create any employment, agency, or guaranteed-income relationship.
5.2 Independent Contractor Status
Creators are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between any Creator and RequestGG. Creators are solely responsible for determining the manner and means of delivering their Sessions, subject to these Terms and applicable law, and have no authority to bind RequestGG.
5.3 Stripe Connect; Payouts
To receive payments, Creators must onboard with Stripe through Stripe Connect and provide all information Stripe requires to enable charges and payouts. Your use of Stripe is governed by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and other Stripe terms, which you must accept. RequestGG does not store full payment card or bank account numbers; payment processing is handled by Stripe. A Creator may not accept bookings until Stripe indicates the Creator’s account is enabled to accept charges.
5.4 Creator Pricing and Availability
Creators set their own Package prices and availability windows and may block specific dates. To promote price stability for Fans, when a Creator changes prices, those prices may be locked for a period of time (currently 24 hours) before further changes take effect. Creators may enable or disable individual Packages. Creators are responsible for honoring booked Sessions during the times they make available.
5.5 Creator Obligations
- Show up to and deliver booked Sessions on time and as described;
- Maintain accurate availability and promptly communicate with Fans through the Platform messaging system;
- Upon a confirmed booking, promptly provide the Fan, through the Platform, the lobby information and/or in-game identifiers (such as Epic ID names) needed for the Fan and Creator to join and play in the same lobby or match;
- Conduct all MVP Session voice calls in the Creator’s designated voice channel within the official RequestGG Discord server;
- Comply with the rules and terms of the games you use (such as Rocket League), Discord, and all other third-party services used to deliver Sessions;
- Treat Fans respectfully and refrain from harassing, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct;
- Refrain from soliciting Fans to transact or pay outside the Platform in order to avoid fees.
5.6 Taxes
Creators are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all taxes associated with their earnings. RequestGG and/or Stripe may issue tax forms (such as IRS Form 1099) where required by law. RequestGG does not provide tax advice.
6. Bookings, Payments, and Fees
When you book a Session as a Fan, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected Package at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe, and your booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured and confirmed. Until payment is confirmed, a requested time slot is held temporarily and may be released if payment is not completed.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes or third-party fees unless stated otherwise. By submitting payment, you authorize RequestGG and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.
6.1 Platform Service Fee and Creator Payout
RequestGG charges a platform service fee for use of the Platform. For each booked Session, the fee is deducted as an application fee at the time of payment, and the remainder is transferred to the Creator’s connected Stripe account. The current split is:
| Party | Share of Session Price |
|---|---|
| RequestGG platform service fee | 20% |
| Creator payout | 80% |
We may change the platform service fee or fee structure prospectively by updating these Terms or the Platform. Any change applies only to bookings made after the change takes effect.
7. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds
All bookings are final, with one exception: a Fan is eligible for a full refund if the Creator fails to show up to a confirmed Session (a “No-Show”). This Section summarizes our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference and controls in the event of a conflict.
Eligibility. To request a refund for a No-Show, a Fan must report the No-Show through the Platform within forty-eight (48) hours after the scheduled Session start time. A request is eligible only where the booking was confirmed and paid, the Session has passed, the Creator did not appear (for example, never joined the lobby or the RequestGG Discord voice call at the booked time), and no prior refund request has been made for that booking.
Review. Every refund request is reviewed by RequestGG by hand. If we approve the request, the full amount is refunded to the Fan’s original payment method through Stripe, and the corresponding transfer and platform fee are reversed; refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on the Fan’s bank. If we cannot confirm a No-Show, the booking stands and no refund is issued.
Not refundable. Except for a confirmed No-Show, Sessions are not refundable, including where you change your mind, can no longer attend, fail to show up yourself, or are dissatisfied with how a Session went (where the Creator showed up). Reviews are the appropriate avenue for feedback on session quality.
To protect against abuse, RequestGG reserves the right to investigate refund requests, request additional information, and approve or deny requests in its reasonable discretion. We may also issue refunds or credits at our discretion in other circumstances without creating any obligation to do so in the future.
8. Reviews and Ratings
After a completed Session, a Fan may submit a star rating and an optional written review. Reviews and ratings are displayed publicly on the Creator’s profile, including the Fan’s display name and an average rating. You agree that your reviews will reflect your genuine experience and will not be false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or submitted in exchange for compensation.
You grant RequestGG a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your reviews and ratings in connection with the Platform and its promotion. We may, but are not obligated to, moderate, screen, edit, or remove reviews that violate these Terms. Creators may not solicit, incentivize, or manipulate reviews, or submit reviews of themselves.
9. Messaging, Disputes, and Moderation
The Platform provides a per-booking messaging thread so Fans and Creators can coordinate their Session. You agree to use messaging only for lawful, Session-related purposes and not to transmit spam, harassment, threats, or unlawful content.
Either party may request a RequestGG moderator if a dispute arises. If a moderator is requested—or where we otherwise deem it necessary—RequestGG personnel may view the full message history for that booking and participate in the conversation to help resolve the matter. Messages are therefore not private from RequestGG. We may access, monitor, retain, and disclose message content to operate the Platform, enforce these Terms, resolve disputes, comply with law, or protect the rights, property, or safety of RequestGG, our Users, or the public. A moderator’s decision regarding a dispute is not a guarantee of any particular outcome and does not waive any provision of these Terms.
10. Acceptable Use; Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to, and not to assist or permit anyone to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including the terms of the games you use, Epic Games, Discord, or Stripe;
- Circumvent the Platform to arrange or pay for Sessions off-Platform in order to avoid fees;
- Engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or any deceptive, manipulative, or unfair practice;
- Harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or discriminate against any person, or transmit hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise objectionable content;
- Submit false, infringing, or misleading content, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems;
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data; reverse engineer; or use bots or automated means to access the Platform or to abuse bookings, payments, messaging, or other features;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Platform or its security features, including rate limits.
We may investigate and take any action we deem appropriate for a violation of this Section, including removing content, limiting or suspending access, withholding or reversing payouts, and reporting to law enforcement.
11. User Content and License
You retain ownership of Content you submit. You grant RequestGG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your Content as necessary to operate, provide, improve, and promote the Platform. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your Content does not violate these Terms or any third-party right.
You are solely responsible for your Content. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, any Content provided by Users, and we may remove Content at our discretion.
12. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content (excluding User Content), including the RequestGG name, logo, software, design, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to RequestGG and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Platform. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
Rocket League is a trademark of Psyonix LLC, and the other games offered on the Platform, Epic Games, and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners. RequestGG is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Psyonix, Epic Games, Discord, or any game publisher.
13. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with and relies on third-party services, including Stripe (payments and payouts), Discord (voice/communications), Supabase (hosting and data), Resend (email), and the games and platforms on which Sessions occur. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. RequestGG is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or content of third-party services, and your dealings with them are solely between you and the applicable provider.
14. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SESSIONS, CONTENT, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REQUESTGG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
REQUESTGG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY SESSION WILL OCCUR OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, OR THAT ANY USER (FAN OR CREATOR) IS TRUSTWORTHY OR WILL PERFORM AS PROMISED. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM AND YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REQUESTGG AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM, ANY SESSION, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL REQUESTGG’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PLATFORM SERVICE FEES RECEIVED BY REQUESTGG FROM YOUR TRANSACTIONS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RequestGG and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your Sessions, Content, or interactions with other Users; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right; or (d) for Creators, the delivery of your Sessions and your tax obligations.
17. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
17.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@requestgg.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after written notice.
17.2 Binding Arbitration
If the dispute is not resolved, you and RequestGG agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, rather than in court, except as provided below. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section. The arbitration will be conducted in the State of Delaware, or remotely where permitted, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
17.3 Class-Action Waiver
YOU AND REQUESTGG AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS PROCEEDING.
17.4 Exceptions
Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual-property rights. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall be severed and may proceed in court.
18. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Platform are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 17, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
19. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Platform, and remove Content, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms, fraud or chargeback abuse, or risk to other Users or to RequestGG. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. Confirmed bookings, payment obligations, accrued payouts, and any provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 8, 11–18, and 20–21) will survive termination.
20. Changes to the Platform and These Terms
We may modify the Platform or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
21. Electronic Communications and Notices
You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including transactional emails such as booking confirmations and reminders, and account or legal notices, sent to the email address associated with your account. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may contact us, and provide any notice required under these Terms, at support@requestgg.com.
22. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RequestGG regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements on the subject.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
- No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party services such as Stripe, Discord, or the games on which Sessions occur.
- Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and RequestGG.
- Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
