How do bookings work?
Browse the directory, pick a creator, choose a package (1 / 3 / 5 games), then pick a slot on their calendar. Pay at checkout. The creator confirms and DMs you a lobby invite right before the session.How do creators get paid?
Creators take home 80% of every booking via Stripe Connect; RequestGG keeps 20% to run the platform. Creators control their own payout schedule from their Stripe account. The options are daily, weekly, monthly, or manual.What games are supported?
We're focused on Rocket League right now, offering high-level 1v1s and casual lobbies with content creators. New game titles are coming soon.Can I cancel a booking or get a refund?
Bookings are final once paid. There's no free cancellation. The one exception is a creator no-show: if the creator doesn't turn up to a confirmed session, report it within 48 hours from your bookings dashboard and, once our team confirms it, you'll get a full refund. Changing your mind, missing the session yourself, or being unhappy with a session the creator did show up for aren't refundable. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
