Giveaway Terms

1. Sponsor and platform release

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by RequestGG LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“RequestGG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact: support@requestgg.com.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old at the time of entry.
• If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these Rules and to RequestGG’s Terms of Service on your behalf and who will be treated as the prize recipient. We may require confirmation of that consent before awarding the prize.
• The Giveaway is open worldwide, where permitted by law. It is void in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited, restricted, or would require registration, bonding, or a filing. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
• You must have, or create, a RequestGG account in your own name in order to claim the prize.
• Employees, officers, members, and contractors of RequestGG, Creators listed on the Platform, and the immediate family and household members of any of them, are not eligible.
• Limit one entry per person. Entries made through duplicate, automated, bot, or throwaway accounts, or through any other attempt to enter more than once, are void.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins on July 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on July 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered. Our clock is the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.

4. How to enter

To enter, complete all three steps during the Entry Period:

• Sign up for a free account at requestgg.com.
• Follow @playrequestgg on X or on Instagram.
• Comment on the Giveaway post naming the creator you would want to play with.

Entry is free. No purchase, payment, or booking is necessary to enter or to win, and making one will not improve your chances. Your comment and your following account must remain public and visible through the drawing so that we can verify your entry — a private, deleted, or blocked account cannot be verified and will be treated as invalid.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, submitted outside the Entry Period, or that violate these Rules, the platform’s own terms, or our Code of Conduct may be disqualified. We may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, automated, or duplicative.

5. Winner selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all valid entries received during the Entry Period, on or about July 31, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. Our determination of entry validity and of the winner is final and binding.

6. Notification and the 48-hour response window

We will contact the potential winner by direct message on the platform they entered from and/or by email at the address on their RequestGG account.

Before the prize is awarded, we may require the potential winner to confirm their eligibility, including their age and, where applicable, parent or guardian consent.

7. The prize

The prize is one (1) free 1-game session (a standard 1-game Package, approximately 10 minutes) with a Creator of the winner’s choice on RequestGG, playable in either available session mode — 1v1 or co-op. Approximate retail value: up to $30 USD, depending on the Creator chosen. One prize will be awarded in total.

• The prize does not include MVP Packages or the 3-game or 5-game Packages.
• The session is subject to the chosen Creator’s posted availability, and to that Creator remaining active on the Platform.
• The prize has no cash value and is not transferable, assignable, or exchangeable. No substitution will be made except by us, at our discretion, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8. The promo code

The prize is delivered as a promo code sent privately to the winner. The code is entered at checkout, which brings the session total to $0.00. The code:

• is single use — it works for exactly one booking and stops working the moment it is redeemed;
• is valid only on a standard 1-game session, in 1v1 or co-op mode, and will be rejected on any other Package;
• cannot be combined with any other offer, has no cash value, and will not be replaced if shared or disclosed by the winner;
• must be redeemed by August 31, 2026 — the session itself may take place after that date, but the code stops working once it passes;
• is void if the winning entry is later found invalid, or if the account is suspended or banned under our Terms or Code of Conduct.

If the booked session is cancelled, or the Creator does not show up, contact us at support@requestgg.com and we will reissue the code so the prize can be rebooked.

9. Booking and playing the session

The winner must book the session from a RequestGG account in their own name. Like every booking on the Platform, the session must be booked at least 24 hours in advance so the Creator has time to prepare, and must fall within the Creator’s available times.

The session itself is governed by our Terms of Service, Code of Conduct, and Refund Policy. Because no payment is made for a prize session, no refund is available for it; the reissue described in Section 8 is the sole remedy if the session doesn’t happen.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that apply to the prize under the laws of their jurisdiction, and for any reporting of it. We may require tax documentation before awarding a prize where the law requires it.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner consents to our use of their username, social handle, and city or country to announce the result of the Giveaway across RequestGG’s website and social channels, without further notice, compensation, or approval. A winner who prefers not to be announced may tell us at support@requestgg.com, and we will honor that where we are legally able to.

12. Privacy

Information you submit in connection with the Giveaway is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use it to administer the Giveaway — verifying entries, selecting and contacting the winner, and awarding the prize — and we do not sell it.

13. General conditions

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time, including if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control affects its administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a way we reasonably consider disruptive, abusive, or in bad faith.
• We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any network, server, platform, or device.
• The prize is awarded “as is,” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• By entering, you release RequestGG and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising out of participating in the Giveaway or accepting, using, or misusing the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• If any provision of these Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway is subject to the dispute resolution provisions of our Terms of Service, including the binding arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in Section 17 of those Terms, except where those provisions are unenforceable under the law that applies to you.
